Walking a straight line is hard on Halloween and Spilly the tea cup and saucer are on the go! The costume has an easy wear design of a tunic that looks like a cup and saucer. The golden color top and bottom rims of the cup and saucer design as well as the handle, are filled with foam. The floral front graphics are in frilly, fancy colors and a “Spilly” tea tag hangs from the top rim,, and an attached pink tulle skirt that is meant to be the place setting “doily.” This fun Halloween costume is made from polyester and is easy to wear and care by washing inside out and letting it air dry. Easily freshened with a steamer or cool iron and you’re ready to spill that tea again, Spilly!
