Shopping online should be a pleasant experience and we want to guarantee it with a fair, hassle-free return policy. We hope that you are able to give it another try with an exchange but in the case that you only want to return, we will reimburse you for the full cost of the product. As a courtesy to your fellow shoppers, please be sure that the product you are returning or exchanging is in the brand new (re-sellable) condition and does not show signs of wear or use. Please follow these simple steps to begin the Return Process:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-800-288-9916 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You must first complete this step in order for us to track your return.
2. Send your return using the most convenient shipping method for you. Please write the RMA number (obtained after completing step 1) on the outside of the box.
3. Please have your returned item arrive at our facility within 30 days of the purchase in its original packaging. Remember that the item should be in the same condition you received it; product should be unused, unaltered and include all of the parts and accessories that it comes with. Your fellow shoppers will appreciate it.
4. After following these easy steps, you will receive a refund for the full cost of the product.
5. For hygienic reasons lingerie, undergarments, accessories, socks, tights, wigs, beards, novelty teeth, dog costumes, masks, eyelashes, mustaches and make up items are returnable only IF they are in their sealed and un-blemished original manufacturer's packaging.
6. Close out items are deeply discounted already and we cannot accept returns. Regular items, there is a return limit of three items or three units per order.
7. We only cover shipping cost if you receive an incorrect item. The shipping fees you pay cover a service that is provided by a third party parcel carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Do you need to Exchange? There are four easy steps:
1. Send us an E-mail to email@example.com or call 1-800-288-9916 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). This is a important step to track your exchange order.
2. Visit WonderCostumes.com and place an exchange order for the new size or style that you want.
3. Send back the item to arrive at our facility within 30 days of the purchase. All returned goods should be unused, unaltered and include all of the parts and accessories that they come with to ensure that all products meet every customer’s expectations.
4. Once the product is received, you will be credited the full amount of the product cost.
