We emphasis on your total satisfaction with the purchase while offering you lowest prices, based on this our normal Return and Exchange Policy is as follows (except for the month of October):
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Please obtain an authorization by emailing us at exchange@wondercostumes.com. ***All Unauthorized Returns will be refused.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be requested on all returns/exchanges, and it should be clearly posted on the returned package to avoid refusal.
Received a wrong Costume: If you receive a wrong costume(s) than ordered, we will exchange it free of cost. Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order (product number(s)or size(s) needs to be different from the one ordered) and a RMA number will be give to you. Please return the wrong costume in its original condition by USPS mail, we will reimburse you the shipping cost.
On visual inspection, if you feel the costume does not fit your size, you can request an exchange within 72 of receiving the shipment, and a RMA number will be give to you. Please return the unused item(s) in its original condition (not worn) and we will refund the product cost. You will have to place a new order for the product(s)/size(s) you want and pay the new shipping cost. You may exchange maximum three (3) items or three (3) quantity of the same item per order.
On visual inspection if you do not like the costume, you can request for a different costume within 72 of receiving the
shipment (provided we have in stock). A RMA number will be give to you. Please return the unused item(s) in its original condition
(not worn), and we will refund the product cost. You will have to place a new order for the

exchange maximum three (3) items or three (3) quantity of the same item

If you elect to return a costume, you need to obtain a RMA number within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. We will refund you the cost of the product(s), minus 20% restocking fee, provided we receive the shipment back in its original condition (not worn) . Shipping costs are not refunded. You may return maximum three (3) items or three (3) quantity of the same item per order.
Please note that always the total number of items that you may either Exchange or Return is limited to three (3) items or three (3) quantity of the same item per order.
Customer unclaimed packages returned to us will be considered as returns and subject to a 20% restocking fee. A new shipping fee will be charged for packages returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address.
Orders are not eligible for cancellation once they are shipped. If required information to process order is not supplied, it may be cancelled.
All Unauthorized Returns will be refused. *Please note that NOT ALL ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE. Please make sure your item is returnable before sending it back. Costume accessories such as wigs, hats, masks, under garments, and lingerie are never returnable. Shoes are not returnable, but they can be exchanged for a different size (if not worn). Accessories (or costumes) that show obvious wear or are missing the original packaging cannot be returned/exchanged.
During Halloween Season (October 1st and November 1st ), please note that all sales are final. Sorry, we do not accept returns for orders placed between October 1st and November 1st. This policy supersedes our normal Return and Exchange Policy. We apologize for the inconvenience this policy may cause you.
